We inherited years of technical debt, refactored the codebase, upgraded the framework, and streamlined institutional onboarding. Now on a retainer-based support model with a regular maintenance cadence.
Mondelēz International
A fully redesigned digital platform dedicated to helping independent food service businesses grow with snacks and ingredients from the world's most recognized consumer brands. Built with Sitecore CMS, eCommerce-ready templates, chatbot integration, and full analytics and tracking implementation — designed and developed end to end.
Mondelēz International × Nintendo
A limited-edition promotional platform built in partnership with Mondelēz and Nintendo — launching a consumer experience around 16 collectible Super Mario OREO embossments. Managed from project planning through multiple phased consumer launches, with full API and database connectivity, analytics, tracking, and hosting.
